Important: Tranzify Watch is a technical security tool, not legal, compliance or professional advice. You remain responsible for every deployment and decision made with it. THE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED AND USED ENTIRELY AT THE USER’S OWN RISK AND UNDER THE USER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATORS, OPERATOR, AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY USE OR MISUSE, CONFIGURATION, OUTPUT, SECURITY INCIDENT, DATA LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM, FINE OR OTHER CONSEQUENCE.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the public website, documentation, package repository and other resources identified as Tranzify Watch. Separate software license terms included with a package or repository take precedence for that software.
If you use the resources on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Permitted use
You may evaluate, install and use Tranzify Watch only in systems you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and the license shipped with each component.
- Do not monitor, scan or collect data from systems without authorization.
- Do not bypass release verification, access controls or security safeguards.
- Do not use the service to distribute malicious code or infringe rights.
3. Your operational responsibility
Tranzify Watch is self-hosted. You control its configuration, users, retention, network exposure, backups, integrations and collected data. You are responsible for capacity planning, secure installation, updates, access reviews, lawful collection and incident-response decisions.
Alerts, parser output, vulnerability indicators and availability results can contain false positives, false negatives or incomplete information. Validate findings before taking action.
4. No compliance guarantee
Features may support controls used in ISO 27001, ISO 27007, PCI DSS or other frameworks, but using the product does not certify compliance. Certification and legal obligations depend on your full environment, governance, procedures and independent assessment.
5. Availability and changes
Documentation, packages and website functions may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. Preview and development releases may be incomplete and are not intended for critical production workloads unless expressly designated otherwise.
6. Third-party components
The product may interact with operating systems, databases, cloud storage, messaging services and open-source components. Their own terms, security model and availability apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, DOCUMENTATION AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROJECT OPERATOR, AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE RESOURCES. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms may be sent to legal@tranzify.watch.
User responsibility and exclusion of liability
You alone decide whether the product is suitable for your environment and remain responsible for installation, operation, security, lawful processing, access, retention, backups, updates, verification of results and every action taken or omitted. No provision excludes obligations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
